In a continued effort to increase patient access to advanced physical therapy services in Wisconsin, ATI Physical Therapy has opened a new clinic in Green Bay, located at 2394 Costco Way Ste.120. The new location, which marks ATI’s 24th clinic in the state, offers convenient access to physical therapy, dry needling and TMJ treatment from the industry’s leading physical therapists.
The Green Bay clinic is led by clinic director Carinna Coleman. Carinna enters the practice with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Wisconsin-La Crosse and Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Physical Therapy from Millikin University. Carinna also has a certification in trigger point dry needling. Her professional interests encompass all orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, but she has a more specialized concentration in intramuscular dry needling, treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) and cervicogenic headaches. Carinna also provides hands-on treatment to address joint and soft tissue impairments while instructing patients in the prescriptive exercises needed to provide lasting change.
Carinna’s philosophy of care is to educate, empower, and encourage patients to gain the knowledge necessary to not only resolve their symptoms, but achieve long-term prevention.
“We are excited to announce the opening of our first Green Bay location with Carinna Coleman as the clinic director,” said Regional Director Amy Goebel. “ATI physical therapy may be a new brand to the market, but our therapists have long-standing ties to the area. The ATI experience is based on the principles of exceeding patient therapy and service expectations, so we are excited to have such an accomplished team in place to carry on our mission.”
“In addition to accepting all major insurances, we are pleased to offer a cost effective alternative, which is attractive to those with a high deductible health plan,” added Goebel. “Please feel free to stop in to see us and experience the ATI difference for yourself.”
First appointments with all ATI clinics are scheduled within 24-48 hours, and early morning and evening hours are available to accommodate patient schedules. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
ATI accepts virtually all major insurance carriers, verifies patient benefits prior to the start of treatment and offers individualized payment plans. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
