ATI Home Health Receives the SHPBest™ Health Patient Satisfaction Award
ATI’s Home Health Earns Superior Performer Honors

BOLINGBROOK, Ill, (Oct xx, 2017) – ATI Physical Therapy’s Home Health division has been recognized as a 2017 Superior Performer by SHPBest’s™ (Strategic Healthcare Programs). A Superior Performer ranking is reserved for the top 20 percent in the SHP national HHCAHPS survey for overall patient satisfaction in care. This year’s designation marks the first time ATI Home Health has been awarded Superior Performer honors.

Entering its second year, SHP’s Health Patient Satisfaction Awards recognize home health agencies that continuously provide unmatched high-quality care, as reported by the patients in the HHCAHPS. The HHCAHPS survey is the first, national standardized and public reported survey measuring patient perceptions of their home care. The survey covers topics such as: quality of care, treatment outcomes and the levels of communication between providers and patients.

“There is no greater honor than to be acknowledged as a top provider by our patients,” said Lindsey Muslin, Director of Business Development, ATI Home Health. “This award best reflects our team’s unwavering commitment and passion for our patients, helping them rebuild and regain their strength and well-being. We look forward to building on this award and our own pledge of providing the best care around!”

Opening its doors in 1987 in Oakbrook, Ill., ATI Home Health (formerly known as Personal Nursing Services and Summit Home Health) is a full-service homecare agency offering skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy as needed. The team at ATI Home Health is committed to helping patients recover from post-surgical and/or medical treatments in the comfort of their own home rather than recovering in acute rehab or a nursing facility.
