Bolingbrook, Ill., Dec. 15, 2020 – ATI Physical Therapy (ATI), one of the nation’s largest providers of physical therapy services, today announced the appointment of John Andrews to Vice President of IT Service Delivery & Vendor Management. An information technology (IT) veteran with a history of customer-centric innovation, Andrews will draw on his expertise in technology services and systems development to support the continued buildout of ATI’s IT enterprise. He will report to Augustus Oakes, ATI’s Chief Information Officer.
Andrews will be responsible for developing and implementing in-clinic and end-user technology standards, working to create a more seamless technology experience for team members across ATI’s entire footprint. He will also take over the duties of vetting and managing ATI’s technology vendors. Andrews’ demonstrated success in creating and improving complex technology services and systems that meet an organization’s unique needs and goals will be imperative to supporting the growth of the ATI brand.

He has extensive experience in the healthcare space, most recently with healthcare services consultancy Press Ganey, leading enterprise-level IT Infrastructure strategy, service delivery and hardware engineering. Prior to that, Andrews served as Divisional Vice President at Walgreens, where he helped build its customer-centric technology infrastructure and managed the teams responsible for in-house and customer tech support across the company’s entire 10,000-plus location network, among other accomplishments.
