ATI Opens Fourth Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ

BOLINGBROOK, Ill. (June 30, 2017) - ATI Physical Therapy, the nation’s largest physical therapy provider, is proud to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Scottsdale, which marks the fourth location in the area and 32nd in the state. Located at 6339 East Greenway Rd., Ste. 102, the Scottsdale-Kierland clinic offers the community access to physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services from the nation’s leading physical therapy provider.

“We are excited to announce the opening of our Scottsdale – Kierland Clinic with Meghan Slavin as the clinic director,” said Regional Director, Anthony Lelo. “Meghan has long-standing ties to the area, graduating from Horizon High School and is excited to be opening our newest Scottsdale clinic so close to the area she grew up in. We welcome patients, community members and physicians to visit our new facility, and look forward to helping our patients get back to a healthy and active lifestyle!”

Slavin graduated from Arizona State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2013. Slavin enjoys working with a variety of patients and uses manual techniques and functional exercises to help patients return to their optimal levels of function. She has taken several continuing education courses to gain knowledge and improve patient care with orthopedic pathologies, functional joint mobilizations, trigger point dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation. Her clinical experience includes treating patients for pre and postoperative care, musculoskeletal pain, neuromuscular disorders, vestibular dysfunction, and posture/body mechanics training for further prevention of injury. Slavin also enjoys developing injury prevention programs for youth gymnasts, runners, and other athletes.  In her spare time, you can find Slavin trail running, coaching gymnastics, serving as a simulated clinic evaluator at Midwestern University, and volunteering at a variety of sporting events.

Known for high quality of care and exceptional results, ATI provides personalized treatment plans and a hands-on approach to physical therapy and sports medicine.
