ATI Wins Gold at the 2017 SABRE Awards in New York

ATI Physical Therapy, the nation's largest physical therapy practice under one brand, is excited to announce that it has won the Gold SABRE Award in the Employer Branding category for its innovative recruiting support campaign - Be Remarkable. The award was presented at the annual SABRE North American Awards ceremony last week in New York, which recognized achievements in creativity, branding and reputation.

“To receive high honors in the Employer Branding category is a tremendous feat for the ATI team,” said Evan Swidler, chief human resource officer for ATI Physical Therapy. “Due to the growth of our industry, it is now more important than ever for ATI to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. The ATI Be Remarkable campaign is reflective of that, showcasing our values and speaking to our core - to be remarkable in how we treat our patients and our colleagues every day. It is in our DNA and the foundation of our culture.”

ATI’s multi-layered Be Remarkable initiative provides the best growth opportunities in the physical therapy industry by connecting recent graduates and experienced physical therapists through mentorship programs, along with tuition reimbursement grants, continuing education funds and internal leadership programs. The program was also developed to remind every team member at ATI — from the clinics to the business offices and sports medicine to the worksite solutions group — to be remarkable, to stand out, make a difference, achieve the impossible and inspire others.

This year’s SABRE Awards shortlist included around 300 campaigns, selected from more than 2,000 entries. Those honored were chosen by a diverse judging panel of agency and client communications professionals from a wide range of industries across the U.S.
