BOLINGBROOK, ILL. (October 2, 2017)- ATI Physical Therapy, the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and various members of the community celebrated the grand opening of the DeKalb-Sycamore Rd. clinic located at 2121 Sycamore Rd. The new DeKalb clinic offers the community access to physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services from the nation’s leading physical therapy provider.

“Having grown up in the area and with a passion to serve our local community, I am so happy to bring ATI’s services to the DeKalb/Sycamore markets,” said Charles Clark, ATI vice president, operations. “We look forward to working in cooperation with local physician practices as well as supporting the community’s demand for high quality physical therapy care.”

He finds it rewarding to help patients achieve their therapy and work goals following surgery or work injuries.

First appointments with all ATI clinics are scheduled within 24-48 hours, and early morning and evening hours are available to accommodate patient schedules. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.

ATI offers expanded hours and complimentary screenings, plus accepts virtually all major insurance carriers. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
